Flowlane is a made-up software startup, and you're its owner. Ask Echo to send a review request, paste in a review someone left, or check what's waiting on you. Echo drafts every reply and never posts one on its own, especially for anything critical.
This is a scripted preview, not the real agent. It recognizes a handful of phrasings so you can try the workflow without an API key. The production version calls Claude directly and understands any phrasing. All data here is fictional, and nothing you type leaves this page.

What it does for a business
Echo sends review requests to your clients. Each one is a personal note that mentions their recent use of your product and links to your pages on G2 and Capterra.
When a review comes in, Echo drafts the reply. A good review gets a thank-you. A critical one gets an apology and an offer of a quick call to make it right.
Nothing is posted without you. Every draft waits for your OK, and critical reviews are flagged so you see them before anything goes out.
The version on this page is scripted. The production Echo calls Claude directly, so it understands a request however it's phrased.
