Heritage is a made-up lawn care business. Talk to Scout as its owner and pass along what a lead said, from a phone call, a web form or someone Relay just captured. Scout qualifies the lead, adds it to the pipeline, and you move it forward from there.
This is a scripted preview, not the real agent. It recognizes a handful of phrasings so you can try the workflow without an API key, and all the data is fictional. The production version calls Claude directly and understands any phrasing.

What it does for a business
Scout sits behind the scenes. When a lead calls, fills in a web form or is captured by Relay, you tell Scout what they said and it works out the project and the budget.
A lead with both is qualified and ready for a quote. A lead missing one is added as new, and Scout tells you what it still needs.
You move leads along as quotes go out and jobs are won or lost. Ask who needs a follow-up and Scout lists every quote that has gone five days without a response.
It never contacts customers itself. The real version runs on Claude, so you can describe a lead however you like.
