This is a scripted prototype, not the real agent. It matches a handful of phrasings so you can
try the workflow without an API key. The production version calls Claude through the Claude Agent SDK
and understands any phrasing. All data below is fictional.
Scenario: this is internal -- Scout never messages a customer directly. Talk to
it as Heritage Lawn & Landscape's owner, relaying what a lead said (a phone call, a web form,
someone Relay just captured). Scout qualifies it, adds it to the pipeline, and you move it forward
from there.
