What it does for a studio
Families book in the chat on your site or on a simple booking page, and both draw on the same schedule as your own back office. Slate leaves room between students, and travel time when lessons move between places, so nothing is ever double booked.
A new booking is held for a few minutes until the parent enters a code sent to their email. Nobody can book under someone else's address, and the family gets a page of their own to change or cancel.
Your cancellation policy is applied for you: a late cancellation is still owed, and the family is told before they confirm. Weekly lessons, reminders and a private calendar feed for your phone come with it.
Taught lessons pass to Ledger, our bookkeeping assistant, for statements and payments. Children's details are kept to a first name, bookings are made by a parent or guardian, and conversations aren't stored.
